ORBS = Monica Prayther by Kyle Delmar

I have a cousin who is a photographer named Kyle Delmar.
I'll be featuring women whom he photographed for an exhibit ORBS in Chico, California.
All of these women got it going on, in more ways than one, so stay posted.

Monica Prayther just re-opened a boutique named BOHO in Chico, California.

This is Claire Fong, she is a badass.
Fong makes jewelry, mostly earrings, that you'll never recover from.
You'll never take them off, I swear.

In + Spi + Red = Enforced Disappearance by Ai Weiwei Photographed by Max Vodkul

Ai Weiwei collaborates with W Magazine for the art edition to create an editorial of “the conflicts between individuals and authorities—be they economic, cultural, political, or religious. I am using my personal experience to address a condition.”.

Ai Weiwei was detained for 81 days in Beijing jail and was released in June. Weiwei is still not allowed to speak publicly, traveling outside the city/or his apartment, or to give interviews. However, he was able to collaborate through Skype to create these images with photographer Max Vodkul.

There will be more on Ai Weiwei in the coming week or so...

Color + red = The change has come.

RED ROSES.

A cool red rose and a pink cut pink, a collapse and a sold hole, a little less hot.

-Gertrude Stein, Tender Buttons

The change in that is that red weakens an hour. The change has come.

Night + Furry = Bushwick

This is how I see Bushwick, Brooklyn. As a night furry of pain on a roof toop. Enough said.

FYI, I left the images HUGE so that you could see the nitty gritty of it all.
