I’m going to have to say this in a very low voice because the Valentino might hear me but… it’s a very difficult question…

The Lanvin is so special to me. When it was given to me, I had sprayed on ‘Seven veils’ by Byredo and I had put Maria Callas cd (all of these given by SHOWstudio). Add that to the fact that it was the first piece I received. When I put on that tulle dress I almost fainted.
Also Rick Owen’s look was amazing. Some weeks ago I was talking to Ellie, the amazing stylist behind these clothing choices, about how cool this show was. I told her how I had a boner when I saw that look, that jacket. And this glorious woman sent it to me.
I haven’t even dare to email her about it. I don’t know how to tell her how much I love her without sounding like a total creep.

I could go on and on really, like how sexy latex felt. Felice, get yourself a latex dress if you don’t have any, it’ll change your life.
I’m already saving to get one.
Also McQueen.. probably my favourite pictures are from that night.
Theyskens’ Theory shoes.. That morning with the Louis Vuitton parasol and the strawberry cake… The joy of wearing Margiela, a maison I admire so deeply…

Weekend + Warrior = How to Wear Winter Whites

Whether you like the trend or not, winter whites are 'bout to be "in". 

White on white has been rising as a trend because of the sophisticated play on textures you can create. Elin Kling, blogger for styledbykling is one of the purveyors of this trend, she also holds enough swagger and ease to pull it off. 

This is an outfit combined of some supple white silk velvet high waisted booty shorts I made with a silk chiffon cowl-necked top and a silk velvet draped vest with a cobweb like lace back. 

Now, I like to imagine the top and vest with white denim for colder weather, and perhaps the booty shorts for warm-ish weather. 

But I highly recommend relishing in the textures of the trend. Like here, the lightweight airy silk chiffon, soft plush silk velvet, and the coarse but delicate cobweb lace are luxurious enough to die for when combined.
