If I only needed one show to just make me feel like the fashion industry wasn't so cut-throat and starved of happiness it'd be a Sonia Rykiel show. The models are always smiling, and to be honest the clothes are solid, and the mood is always quite groovy.
Now, you're going to look at these tall women marching down the runway and tell me that these ladies are not in the least bit "happy". But take a closer look and they most definitely have smirks glowing on their faces. Despite the fact that they all need to eat a whole bunch of cookies, they do look quite beautiful in these pieces, in their baby giraffe-like way.
Plus, Rykiel nailed the mellow yellow trend on the head. Not only was her runway brilliant yellow but most of the collection was as well.
